If you’ve already begun implementing our playbooks or onboarding your team, we’ll work with you to find the right solution. That may include additional onboarding, implementation support, account credits, or recommending a different learning path. Our goal is to help your business succeed, not to make refunds difficult.
After the first 14 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and it will not renew unless you choose to continue.
