Playbook Access Policy

Learn at Your Own Pace

Each Execution Institute Playbook is purchased as an individual, one-time learning experience—not as a recurring subscription.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive immediate access to your selected Playbook and will have 30 days of access to complete the Playbook and use its associated learning materials.

No Automatic Renewals

Your Playbook purchase will never be automatically renewed or rebilled.
At the end of your 30-day access period:
  • Your access to the Playbook will expire automatically.
  • No additional charges will be made to your payment method.
  • You are under no obligation to purchase another Playbook or renew your access.
If you wish to continue learning after your access expires, you may purchase the Playbook again or explore one of our membership options for ongoing access to our full library of playbooks and implementation resources.

Completing Your Playbook

Whether you complete your Playbook in one day or over the full 30-day access period is entirely up to you.
Your access expires 30 days after activation regardless of:
  • whether you completed the Playbook;
  • whether you partially completed the Playbook; or
  • whether you chose not to access the materials.
Because access begins immediately upon purchase, we encourage you to begin your Playbook when you are ready to dedicate time to your learning and implementation.

Need a Little More Time?

We understand that running a business can be unpredictable.
If you’re actively working through your Playbook and need a little extra time, please contact us before your access expires. We’ll be happy to review your request and, where appropriate, may grant a one-time extension at our discretion.
Our goal is to help you successfully complete your Playbook—not to create unnecessary barriers to learning.
