Subscription Onboarding Process

Execution Institute provides digital products and online learning services.
No physical products are shipped.

Effective Date: July 16, 2026

Account Setup

Once your purchase has been successfully processed, your organization will receive a welcome email confirming your subscription and outlining the next steps.
Within three (3) business days, we will:
  • Create your organization’s account on the Execution Institute learning platform.
  • Designate your primary account administrator using the email address provided during purchase.
  • Provide login instructions and access to your purchased playbooks and learning resources.

Employee Access

Your organization’s account administrator is responsible for managing employee access.
Using the administrator dashboard, you can:
  • Invite employees individually by entering their email addresses.
  • Assign available user seats based on your subscription.
  • Remove users who no longer require access.
  • Reassign available seats to new employees as your team changes.
Each employee receives their own secure login credentials, allowing them to access the playbooks, courses, tools, and learning resources assigned to them.
User accounts are intended for individual use and may not be shared between multiple people.

Access to Purchased Content

Once your account has been activated, users will have access to the playbooks, courses, assessments, and resources included in your purchased subscription.
Access remains available for the duration of your active subscription or license term.
Additional playbooks, courses, or services purchased in the future will be added to your organization’s account and made available to authorized users.

Delivery Time

Most accounts are activated within three (3) business days of receiving payment.
During periods of high demand, account setup may take up to five (5) business days. If additional information is required to complete your account setup, our team will contact your designated administrator.

Technical Requirements

To access the Execution Institute platform, users will need:
  • A current web browser (such as Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox).
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • A valid email address for account activation.
Some downloadable resources may require software capable of opening PDF, Microsoft Office, or similar file formats.

Changes to This Policy

Execution Institute reserves the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will become effective upon publication.
